Governing the use of Palladium Wallet services worldwide

Palladium Wallet Ltd.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Palladium Wallet Ltd., incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (Reg. No. 398271).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Wallet immediately.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WALLET.

2. Regulatory Framework and Compliance

2.1 United States Restrictions

U.S. PERSONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING PALLADIUM WALLET.

If you are a citizen, resident, or green card holder of the United States, or physically located in the U.S., you may not use this Platform.

2.2 Licensing

Palladium Wallet operates as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) under authorization of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).

2.3 Compliance Obligations

  • AML policies
  • KYC verification
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Suspicious activity reporting
  • Cybersecurity measures

3. Definitions

Account — User account created to access Wallet services.

AML Risk Score — Risk level assigned based on compliance metrics.

Blockchain — Decentralized public ledger.

Private Key — Cryptographic key controlling wallet access.

Liquidity Withhold — Temporary regulatory hold on funds.

4. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have legal capacity to contract.
  • You must not reside in prohibited jurisdictions.
  • You agree to complete KYC/AML verification.

5. Wallet Services

  • Store cryptocurrencies
  • Send/receive digital assets
  • View balances and history
  • Complete compliance requirements
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. AML and Regulatory Compliance

Accounts are subject to AML risk assessment. Regulatory requirements may include additional documentation, liquidity withholds, or enhanced due diligence.

Regulatory requirements are mandated by law, not by Palladium Wallet.

7. Security and Privacy

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING YOUR PRIVATE KEYS.

Loss of private keys results in irreversible loss of funds.

8. Fees

Applicable fees may include:

  • Blockchain network fees
  • Transaction processing fees
  • Conversion fees

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Regulatory requirements
  • AML risk issues
  • Violation of Terms
  • Illegal activity

10. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile.

Transactions are irreversible. Regulatory changes may impact services. You are responsible for tax compliance.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

We are not liable for market volatility, loss of keys, blockchain delays, or regulatory actions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in George Town, Grand Cayman.
